Cancer Support
Gentle, supportive acupuncture alongside your cancer treatment — helping to ease hot flushes, nausea, pain, fatigue and sleep disturbance.
Studies have shown that for people with cancer, acupuncture may help to reduce nausea after chemotherapy, improve sleep, relieve pain, and relieve hot flushes. Acupuncture is used as supportive care alongside conventional cancer treatment — never as a replacement for it. Organisations including Macmillan Cancer Support and Cancer Research UK provide information on acupuncture as a complementary therapy during cancer treatment.

Experience at Maggie's Cancer Charity
I have worked for over 3 years at Maggie's Cancer Charity, supporting men and women with hot flushes associated with treatment for prostate and breast cancer. In over 95% of people, hot flushes are at least somewhat reduced in their frequency and intensity.
Acupuncture can also be very helpful in treating chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy and fatigue.
